Marielle Woolf
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
I am a New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker bringing a warm and compassionate approach to the work I do.
My career began in school settings throughout New York State, where I connected closely with children and families and developed a deep understanding of emotional and developmental needs. These experiences helped shape the way I support clients of all ages, from children with developmental or learning differences, to adolescents navigating the many ups and downs that come with social and emotional growth during the school years, and adults working through stress, relationships, and life changes.
I am committed to creating a safe and welcoming space where you can feel seen, heard, and understood. My hope is that you feel supported, encouraged, and empowered as we navigate your journey together.
Your story matters and together we can write what comes next.
Experience
I received my Master's in Social Work from the Hunter College Silberman School of Social Work and have spent my career working in school settings. I have supported elementary and middle school students across New York City, Westchester, and Long Island who are navigating academic, social, and emotional challenges. In addition to my school-based experience, I have also worked in private practice where I primarily work with children, teens, and parents. My work focuses on helping individuals manage anxiety, strengthen social interactions, understand ADHD, and address a wide range of emotional and behavioral needs.
Let's Connect
I offer a complimentary phone consultation where we can discuss how I can support you or your child's or family's mental health journey. This conversation will also help us determine if we're a good fit for each other moving forward.
